Milani Perm Solution No.1 is a perming solution for normal to fine hair.

After rinsing the perm solution for a minimum of 5-10 min, towel blot all the excess moisture from the rods. Thoroughly apply Neutraliser to each rod twice for 5 minutes. Remove the rods and apply the remaining neutraliser to the hair for 3-5 minutes. Rinse for a further 5 minutes and blot dry before styling.
Development time: Normal Hair 16-18 minutes.
Application: Degree of curl is determined by selecting the correct roller size, not by extending the processing time. Evaluate the correct solution to be used. Protect nape and hairline. Refer above for recommended development time. Note: Test curl is required every 5 minutes. Once processing is complete, rinse solution from the rollers for 5-7 minutes. Blot dry with an absorbent towel. Neutralise with Milani Neutraliser.
