Milani Perm Solution No.2. is a perming solution for tinted or porous hair.   After rinsing the perm solution for a minimum of 5-10 min, towel blot all the excess moisture from the rods. Thoroughly apply Neutraliser to each rod twice for 5 minutes. Remove the rods and apply the remaining neutraliser to the hair for 3-5 minutes.
